How to Send Pictures on the AT&T Pantech

Pantech Wireless manufactures the Pantech series of cellular phones for AT&T. Pantech designs their phones with a number of varying features and functions to accommodate different needs. Some Pantech phones have the ability to send pictures through the use of AT&T's MMS (multimedia messaging service). Each Pantech phone shares the same procedure for sending MMS messages as long as the specific phone model is capable of doing so. The process of sending pictures on an AT&T Pantech phone is fairly straightforward.

  • Press the “Menu” button, then use the “Up/Down” navigation button to scroll through the screen options to the “Messaging” option. Press the “Enter” (or equivalent) button to open.

  • Use the “Up/Down” button to scroll to “Write New” then select “Multimedia Messaging” and press “OK.”

  • Select the “Add” button and choose “Add Text.” Type in any desired text into the Text Entry screen, then press “OK.”

  • Select the “Add Image” option then select one of the three options: “Take a Photo,” “Photo Album” or “Downloaded” to select the image you want to send. Each option will give you a listing of images to select for sending.

  • Use the “Up/Down” button to scroll through images and select the desired image. Then press “OK.”

  • Use the “Up/Down” button to scroll through addresses in the phone book and select the desired number or type in a phone number where you want to send the MMS. Press “OK.”
