Deleting a Gaia Online account is a straightforward process that can be completed in a few simple steps.

  • Open the computer's Web browser, and navigate to the Gaia Online log-in page at www.gaiaonline.com/auth/login. Type your Gaia Online account user name and password in the spaces provided, and click the "Log In" button.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the Gaia Online homepage, and click the "Contact Us" link. Confirm that the Gaia Online account information is correct, and click the "Next" button.

  • Click the "Subject" drop-down menu, and select the "General Account Inquiry" option. Click the "Topics" drop-down menu, and select the "Account Status" option. Click the "Sub Topics" drop-down menu, and select the "Delete My Account" option.

  • Type the reason you would like to delete your Gaia Online account in the space labeled "Please let us know why you'd like to close your account:." You may make this explanation as simple or detailed as you like. If you do not know what to type, simple type "I no longer wish to use my Gaia Online account" in the space provided.

  • Click the "Next" button. Type the username associated with the account being deleted in the space provided and click the "Next" button. Click the "Finish" button to submit the request to delete your Gaia Online account. Gaia Online will respond to your request through an email sent to the email address associated with your Gaia Online account and delete your Gaia Online account within seven days.
