  • Evaluate the performance skills of the leader by focusing on how effectively she is executing tasks. Measure skills such as her ability to generate high-quality goals, recognize industry trends and come up with viable ideas. Female leaders encourage collaboration and inclusiveness while male leaders tend to have a stronger management style. These traits influence how effectively they execute tasks.
