How to Make Chocolate Concrete
Chocolate concrete, also called tiffin, amarone or cement, gets its name from its resemblance to a piece of sidewalk. This bar cookie dessert served in England and Scotland consists of melted chocolate with chunks of broken cookies and fruits in it. The result is a hardened dessert usually served with a pudding or sauce. Though not elegant in appearance, this dessert will please the palate of any chocolate-lover. The no-bake preparation method is preferable to other baked versions of chocolate concrete for its simplicity, requiring only a microwave oven. Does this Spark an idea?
