Developing and strengthening their inner beauty will help them have an impact on society. It also will help them fight the pressures and societal aspects that direct them to live by a standard of outward beauty that has no lasting value or impact.

Instructions

1. Teach Christian girls the specific qualities of inner beauty. As mentioned previously, the qualities include kindness, sensitivity, intelligence, compassion and a loving heart. Give them dictionary definitions of what each quality actually means.

2. Find Bible Scriptures about each inner beauty trait you teach. Write the Scriptures in a handbook for future reference.

3. List acts associated with each inner beauty trait. Persuade the girls to perform acts on the list daily.

4. Teach the girls to speak the traits to themselves on a daily basis as an affirmation.
