How to Get a Copy of a Divorce Record in Pasco County, Florida

Divorce records are a matter of public record, but Pasco County, Florida does not give the general public access to them on the Internet. A divorce record contains the originating documents, including the petition for dissolution of marriage and the summons; and any other documentation, including motions, orders and worksheets for child-support guidelines, if applicable. The record also contains the parties' financial affidavits.
