How to Turn Off the Sound on a Nike Watch

By default, every time you press a button, the watch makes a beeping sound, indicating it has understood your input.   Tap the "Mode" button on the bottom left side of the watch until "Time" appears at the bottom of the LCD display.

  Locate the "Start/+" button on the top right side of the watch.

  Press "Start/+" -- the small bell icon above the date on the right side of the LCD display goes out. The sound is now turned off.
