1
Measure the bulletin board. Cut the fabric 4 to 5 inches larger on each side. Lay the fabric face down on the table. Center the bulletin board in the middle of the fabric, face down.
-
2
Heat up the glue gun by plugging it in. Insert a glue stick in the hole above the trigger of the glue gun. Dispense the glue by pulling the trigger on the glue gun. Lay a bead of glue along the back edges of the bulletin board.

3
Pull the fabric over the edges of the bulletin board and press the fabric into the glue gun, essentially wrapping the bulletin board in the fabric. Secure all the fabric to the bulletin board with hot glue.
-
4
Divide the bulletin board into four equal sections, using the ribbons, in both directions. Position the ribbons until you're happy with the appearance and then glue them into place at each intersecting point. Wrap the ends of the ribbon around the edges of the bulletin board and secure them to the back with hot glue.

5
Cut the white fabric to slightly smaller than the bulletin board. Lay the bulletin board face down on the table and liberally apply hot glue to the back of the bulletin board. Apply the white fabric and press firmly into the glue to secure the white fabric to the back of the bulletin. This hides the raw edges of the fabric and helps prevent the fabric and ribbon from coming loose when the bulletin board is used.

Lay the bulletin board face up on the table and apply miniature toys to the intersections of the ribbons with hot glue.
