How to Transfer a Domain Name to Blogger
After setting up your blog on Blogger, a free blog platform owned by Google, you can use Google's default address, which is in the format yourdomain.blogspot.com, or buy a custom domain name. Either way, Blogger hosts your content; the only difference is the Internet address at which your content is displayed. You can use any valid domain extension for your blog, as long as you are able to create a Domain Name Service, or DNS, record for it.

1
Purchase a custom domain name from a domain registrar, such as Namecheap (namecheap.com) or GoDaddy (godaddy.com). Use your own name, a word or phrase that describes your blog's topic for the "yourdomain" part of your blog address, followed by any valid extension, such as ".com" or ".net."

2
Log into your user account at your domain registrar and select the option on the control panel that allows you to manage your DNS settings.
