Changing a seat assignment at JetBlue is simple.

JetBlue makes it simple to change your seat either online or by calling their customer service department. You can check-in at the JetBlue website up to 24 hours in advance and change your seat at that time. If you want to talk to a live person or change your seat before you check-in, call customer service at 800-JET-BLUE. There is no charge associated with changing your seat assignment.

      Go to the "Manage Your Flights" portion of the JetBlue website. You can also call the customer service department at 800-JETBLUE or 800-538-2583. Dial 0 to reach a live person.

      Type in your confirmation number, last name or your True Blue Rewards program number to find your flight information using the website. If calling, the customer service agent will ask you for the same information.
