Select 10 to 15 fresh long-stemmed flowers. Trim the stems of the flowers with shears at an angle so the lengths of the stems measure 12 inches and are all even.

2
Wrap florist tape around the stems to secure the flowers together. You can either wrap only the middle or you can wrap the entire length of the stems.

3
Cut a piece of colored cellophane into a circle that measures 18 inches in diameter. Fold the circle in half.
-
4
Lay the flowers into the center of the half circle. Wrap the cellophane around the flowers.
-
5
Cut a piece of satin ribbon to measure 18 inches long. Wrap the ribbon around the stems over the cellophane into a bow.
-
6
Thread jeweled beads onto the end of each ribbon. Tie the ends into knots to secure the beads on the ribbon ends. Repeat the entire process to make as many pageant bouquets as you need for the event.
