  • Marinade
  • Cutting board

Instructions

      Align the injector needle over the threads of the syringe. Rotate the needle clockwise to fasten it in place. Push the plunger forward to release the air from the syringe.

      Insert the injector needle into your marinade. Pull the plunger back slowly to fill the syringe with marinade. Remove your chicken wings from the packaging and place them on a cutting board.

      Insert the injector needle into the center of the chicken wing. Push down on the plunger slowly to inject 1 oz. of marinade into the chicken wing. Remove the injector needle slowly to prevent the marinade from spewing out.

      Repeat the injection process with each of the remaining chicken wings. Refill the syringe when you run out of marinade.
