How to Make Your Own Dipping Oil
Dipping oil is a combination of cooking oil and seasonings eaten with artisan bread. The bread is dipped into oil before meals much like an Italian cuisine's version of chips and salsa. While the basic idea behind dipping oil is a simple one, getting the right blend of seasoning and ratio of oil is essential to creating a quality taste experience. Make your own dipping oil to give your next Italian meal an extra-special accent. Does this Spark an idea?

Fill the bottle the rest of the way with oil. Cap the bottle and shake it. Use immediately only if you pour immediately after shaking.
