How to Delete Apple iTunes
Deleting Apple iTunes and any additional components requires working outside of iTunes in your computer's individual hard drive contents. Since iTunes does not actually store any of your audio files, removing the program from your computer will not delete any materials in iTunes.

Make sure iTunes is not running. Click "Start" in the bottom-left corner of your computer's main screen and select "Control Panel."

Click "Add/Remove Programs."

Scroll through your list of programs and highlight iTunes. Click "Remove." If asked to remove iTunes, click "Yes."

Wait for the uninstallation to finish. If asked to restart your computer, click "No."

Check your programs list for any Apple iTunes-related software or add-ons you need removed. Highlight these items and click "Remove."

After removing all iTunes-related program entries, you may restart your computer.
