How to Cook Juicy Hamburgers
When having a backyard cookout, grill up some juicy burgers to satisfy the appetite of your family and friends. The proper cooking technique is just as important as choosing the right type of meat. Avoid flattening the burgers with a spatula as this will cause the internal juices to escape. While many people enjoy burgers made from ground beef, you can cut down on fat by using ground turkey.
