How to Get Rhapsody to Work With an iTouch

The iPod touch (shortened to "iTouch" by some) is a portable media device that allows you to play music, watch videos, browse the Web and run thousands of iOS applications. One of the applications available for use on the iPod touch is Rhapsody, a streaming music service that allows you to pay a monthly fee for unlimited access to its catalog. The Rhapsody website does not work on the iPod touch browser, but you can access the service and play music by downloading and installing the iOS application.

Instructions

1. Tap the "App Store" icon on the home screen of your iPod touch to open the App Store application.

2. Type "Rhapsody" into the search box using the on-screen keyboard and tap "Search."

3. Tap on the "Rhapsody" application in the search results.

4. Press the "Free" button at the top of the Rhapsody app window. The button will change from "Free" to "Install." Tap the button once more to download and install Rhapsody to your iPod touch.

5. Launch Rhapsody by tapping its icon on your home screen. When prompted, enter your Rhapsody username and password. You can now listen to music through Rhapsody on your iPod touch.
