How to Retrieve Sent Email in Gmail
Gmail is a free email service provided by Google. It has many features, including the ability to make phone calls, have instant messaging conversations, customize your account pages and perform advanced searches within your email folders. As with most email accounts, Gmail saves all of the emails you send to a specific folder.

Visit mail.google.com.

Sign into your Gmail account.

Click on "Sent Mail" in the navigation menu at the left of the page. If you don't see it, click on the downwards-facing arrow beside "More." You should see the "Sent Mail" folder there.

Locate the email you want to retrieve. If you can find it, use the search box at the top of the page. For a more advanced search, click on "Show Search Options" beside the search box. Here you can search for emails to a certain person, emails containing certain words, emails not containing certain words, words in the subject line or emails sent during a specific time frame.

Click on the check box beside the email you want to retrieve.

Click on the "Move to Inbox" button in the toolbar at the top of the page or click on the downwards-facing arrow beside "More Actions" to perform another action, such as "Mark as unread," "Add a star" or "Add to tasks."
