The Little Green machine is a small, portable carpet cleaning machine designed to deep clean without the requirement of a large and bulky piece of equipment. Several attachment pieces allow you to safely clean a number of surfaces, providing you with an option much less expensive than a large steam cleaner or a professional cleaning service. Instructions

    • 1

      Locate the clean water and solution tank, found on the left side of the unit. Fill the tank with a water and steam cleaning solution mixture until you meet the fill line. Use the water to cleaner ratio as labeled on your container of cleaning solution.

      Attach the appropriate hose attachment. Use either brush to clean carpeting and upholstery. Use the long, narrow tool to clean along corners and crevices. Use the small L-shaped tool for stain removal, and use the long clear L-shaped brush to deep clean.

      Turn on the power switch located in the front middle of the unit. Turn on the heater switch to the immediate right of the power switch, and wait for the indicator light to brighten. When this is lit up, the unit is ready for use.

      Brush the hose attachment across your carpeting or upholstery using slow, short strokes. Focus on one area at a time before moving onto the next section of carpet or upholstery. Allow to air dry.

      Empty the dirty water tank on the right side of the unit after cleaning. Push the release lever at the top of the tank, lift the tank out, discard the dirty water and rinse the tank. Twist off the hose and attachments and rinse them with warm water as residue can often collect in these areas during cleaning.

Tips & Warnings

  • Pre-treat tough stains by holding the steam trigger directly over stained area and spraying the solution onto the area. Cover the stain with a light coating and let sit for about five minutes before cleaning with the Little Green.
