Plug the MP4 player into the computer.

Click the "View all folders" option in the "AutoPlay" box that appears on the computer screen.

Highlight the images on the MP4 files. Look for files with a ".JPG" or ".JPEG" extension. Right-click one of the files and click "Delete." Click "Yes" to confirm the deletion.
