How to Design Stamps for the U.S. Postal Service
The U.S. Postal Service releases new stamps every year, most of which are suggested and designed by the public. The Postal Service's Stamp Advisory Committee has specific criteria for submissions. It will consider each idea that is correctly submitted. If you have an idea for a stamp, your chances of being chosen increase if you follow the proper submission procedures.
