How to Text on a LG Chocolate Touch
The LG Chocolate Touch is a cell phone designed for use with Verizon's wireless network. Unlike the original LG Chocolate, the Chocolate Touch features a touch screen instead of a slide-out keypad. The Chocolate Touch is capable of sending and receiving text messages, and you can use the on-screen keypad or the Chocolate Touch's handwriting recognition feature to compose your message.

Tips & Warnings
Short Message Service text messages are limited to 160 characters. If you compose a message longer than 160 characters, it'll be broken up and sent as a series of messages instead.
Be sure that your wireless plan includes text messaging before sending a text with your Chocolate Touch. If your wireless plan doesn't include text messaging, charges may be applied to your bill for each message you send.
