How to Delete Songs From Zune HD Player

The Microsoft Zune HD player comes in 16, 32 and 64 GB versions. It offers a touch screen, Wi-Fi and Web browsing. In addition, you can use it play audio and video files. The Zune HD also comes with Zune software needed for syncing the Zune with files on your computer. If you want to clear some memory space on the Zune HD player, or make changes to your playlist, you can do so in a few clicks.

Instructions

1. Connect the Zune HD player to the computer by inserting one end of its USB cable into the Zune HD's USB port and the other end into the computer's USB port. Once the computer recognizes the Zune HD it will display its device icon.

2. Click "Device" then click "Music."

3. Locate the songs you wish to erase. Right-click each of them and click "Delete." You will be asked to confirm your choice and click "OK." Repeat these steps for all the songs you wish to delete on the Zune HD player.
