How to Reset a DLink WBR-2310

The DLink WBR2310 is a wireless router that lets you connect multiple devices -- including media players, notebooks and cell phones -- to the Internet. If your wireless router is running into problems, or if you have forgotten your configuration password, resetting your router might solve problems. By resetting your WBR-2310's password, you can restore the default factory settings on your wireless router. The job is quick and easy.

Instructions

1. Make sure that your DLink WBR-2310 router is on. Do not turn it off during the reset process.

2. Locate the "Reset" hole on the back of your wireless router. The Reset button is inside this hole.

3. Push a paper clip into the "Reset" hole and push the button down for 10 seconds. Release the "Reset" button. Your DLink WBR-2310 automatically goes through its reboot process. This should take about 30 seconds.
