Instructions

    • 1

Lay a stack of absorbent towels onto a flat, clean surface that can be wiped clean, like a counter top. Place the stained modal cotton with the stained side against the towels and pour rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover onto the cloth from the back side of the stain.

    • 2

Wait. As the rubbing alcohol moves through the cotton it will be pulled through the cotton to the towels, taking the ink stains with it. Change the towels and reapply the rubbing alcohol as necessary.

    • 3

Blot the stain. If you cannot, simply pour rubbing alcohol through the cotton then lay it down on the counter top and moisten a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol. Gently blot the stained area, letting the cotton ball soak up the ink. Make sure you always use clean areas of the cotton ball so you don't reapply the ink.

    • 4

Wash the cotton. Once you've removed all of the stain, launder the cotton as you normally would.
