How to Reduce Sugar Cravings with Lemon-Honey Tea
Sugar cravings sabotage weight management and threaten health. Consumption of more than 10 to 12 teaspoons of table sugar, known as sucrose, per day may result in weight gain and changes in body chemistry. Eating processed sugar leads to a sudden drop in blood sugar resulting in hunger and cravings for more sugar. However, there are natural flavorings that stabilize blood sugar and reduce sugar cravings. Raw honey, lemon juice, ginger and cinnamon all have sugar-stabilizing and craving-reduction qualities. When combined as a tea and consumed once or twice a day, sugar cravings can be reduced or terminated. Does this Spark an idea?
