How to Install TF2 Sprays
Players of "Team Fortress 2" can add extra fun to the game by adding sprays, or decals, to maps that support the various game modes. The sprays serve only to entertain and have no effect on the game. Although most servers support sprays, the content of sprays can vary from humorous to graphic (which may not be supported on some servers and can result in a ban if used). "Team Fortress 2" is a fast paced, multiplayer-only action game.

Click the "Start" button in the Windows taskbar. Click "Computer" ("My Computer" for Windows XP users).

Click "Local Disk [C:]." Click "Program Files." Double-click the "Steam" folder. Double-click "Steamapps." Double-click the folder that matches your Steam account name.

Double-click the "Team Fortress 2" folder. Double-click the "TF" folder. Double-click the "Materials" folder. Double-click the "VGUI" folder.

Drag and drop the TF2 spray you want to use into the VGUI folder (if you don't have any sprays, see "Resources" to find a selection of sprays to use). Click "OK" when asked to overwrite the default spray. Press the "T" key (the default spray key) to use the spray in-game.
