How to Go to a Page With Shortcuts on a Kindle

By default, when you open a book on your Kindle, it opens on the last page that you read. Kindle books do not have page numbers, so it can sometimes be difficult to find specific pages. You can enter location numbers, but they can be large and hard to remember. To get around this problem, you can use Kindle's bookmarking feature as a shortcut to go to different pages.

Instructions

    • 1

Open a book to the page you want to bookmark.

    • 2

Click the "Menu" button, then select "Add Bookmark."

    • 3

Continue reading. Whenever you want to go back to the page you bookmarked, click the "Menu" button and select "My Notes & Marks."

    • 4

Use the 5-way controller to select your bookmark and go to the page.
