How to Record a Demo on "COD"

"Call of Duty: Black Ops" (sometimes referred to as just "COD") features an online mode called "Theater." The theater allows you to go back and view recordings of previous games that you have played. You can review the strategies of your opponents to better your ability to play the game. If you want to record a demonstration to show your friends, you can do so while using this "Theater" mode.       Insert your "Call of Duty: Black Ops" game in your console of choice (Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3) and load the main menu.

      Select "Multiplayer" from the main menu. Select "Xbox Live" if you're on an Xbox 360 or "PlayStation Network" if you're on a PlayStation 3. From this menu, choose "Theater."

      Select the game that contains the footage you want to record from the "My Recent Games" menu. Choose "Select for Playback." This will load the game footage on screen.

      Select the "Record" button from the toolbar at the bottom of your television screen. Select the "Play" button to play back the video you have queued up. The game will record the video as it plays back. When you're finished recording, press the "Stop" button from the toolbar to stop playback and the "Record" button again to stop recording.

      Select "Place in my File Share" to upload your demonstration to the Internet. Anybody who plays you in a match can now view this video.
