How to Get More Pearls in "Happy Aquarium"

Raise virtual fish in "Happy Aquarium."

"Happy Aquarium" allows Facebook users to create and nurture their own virtual fish tanks. You can earn pearls, coins and experience points by keeping your fish happy and advancing levels. You can use the coins and pearls to buy new fish and decorations for your aquarium. The pearls are harder to come by, and many items require pearls for purchase. You will need to buy or earn Facebook credits if you want extra pearls right away.

Instructions

1. Advance a level to win free pearls. You advance levels by gaining experience points. Earn experience points by feeding your fish, cleaning your tank, adding neighbors, training your fish to do tricks and performing other game tasks.

2. Click the "Get Credits" button at the top of the aquarium if you want to purchase extra pearls. Twelve pearls cost 10 Facebook credits.

3. Select either "Buy Using Facebook" or "Earn Credits with Offers." The first option allows you to buy Facebook credits with a credit card or other online payment method. The second option allows you to get free Facebook credits by filling out surveys or purchasing items such as magazine subscriptions and gift cards.

4. Exit the "Buy Facebook Credits" window once you have obtained your credits.

5. Click the plus sign next to your pearl count to buy the pearls.

6. Select the number of pearls you wish to purchase, then click the "Buy" button.

Tips & Warnings

• Once you have added some personality to your virtual aquarium you can enter "Best Themed Tank Challenges" and try to win free pearls. You can find the contest announcements and instructions by clicking the "Community" tab above your aquarium.
