Lift the lid on the hopper you will use. Slide it back to gain access. Pour the pre-mixed liquid beverage product in the hopper

Press and release the "on/off" switch to send power to the dispenser. Press and release the "on/off" auger switch, marked with a picture of a spiral auger, on the side of the hopper you will use. This will start the auger motor.

Press and release the button marked "off/ice/chill." Select the "ice" feature to start the cooling process for a granita or granita-style mix. Wait for the liquid to freeze to the consistency you desire.

For cold liquid beverages, follow the same initial steps you would for a granita mix, then press and release the "off/ice/chill" button and select "cool" to start the cooling process. Wait for the liquid to cool completely before dispensing.

Press the "ice" button to set the consistency of any product being dispensed. Scroll through the settings and select the one you want, from 1 through 16, which is ice.

Tips & Warnings
Thaw the product in the dispenser overnight to avoid ice granules becoming too large and affecting quality. Select "night mode" on the control panel to thaw.
Whether from liquid concentrate or granulated powder, all beverage products must be thoroughly mixed before adding them to hoppers.
