How to Get Singles From iTunes
In addition to offering full albums for purchase and download, the iTunes store also allows customers to buy singles. Organized into multiple categories, including by album or artist, songs on iTunes are generally priced at a dollar a piece, depending on the contract iTunes has with the musician's record label. Once purchased, a single is immediately placed into your iTunes music library for listening.
