1
Go to websites like 123 Greetings, Blue Mountain, eGreetings, or HD Greetings -- all of them have free e-cards that you can send for Father's Day.
-
2
Follow the prompts to find cards for Father's Day. Specific directions will vary by the website, but the Father's Day section will be easy to find if the holiday is approaching. The sites typically have a list of upcoming holidays to choose from on the main landing page.

Choose the card that you want to send. Some cards will just feature pictures, while others may feature videos with audio. Some websites even allow you to upload your own photo or photos to include in the e-card. Double-check that you're selecting a free card, as some of the cards may have fees.
-
4
Personalize the card with a special message for your dad. Preview the card to see how it looks with your message added.
-
5
Enter your dad's email address into the "Recipient" field, and go ahead and send the card.

Fold a piece of construction paper or printer paper in half, bringing the top edge of the sheet down to meet the bottom edge. Then fold it again, this time bringing the left edge across to meet the right edge. The shape now resembles that of a traditional greeting card.
-
7
Draw a picture or write a message on the front, or glue a photo of you and your dad to the front of the card with a glue stick.
-
8
Write a few sentences on the inside of the card telling your father why he is so special to you. If you like, add a picture or glue another photo on the inside.
-
9
Mail your card in an envelope, give it to your dad in person, or hide it somewhere he's sure to find it, like his briefcase, his pillow, or even tucked under a wiper blade on his car windshield.
