How Can I Find the Exact Time of My Date of Birth?
In recent years, birth announcements have frequently included information such as the date of birth, length and weight at birth, and even the time of birth. If you wish to know the exact time at which you were born you can check the certified copy of your birth certificate; time of birth is located on birth certificates in most states.

1
Obtain a certified copy of your birth certificate. All newborns are issued a birth certificate when born; the hospital requires parents to fill out a birth certificate application, which the hospital then files with the state health department. A certified copy of the birth record is mailed to all new parents. If you or your parents do not have a copy of your birth record, contact the health department in the state where you were born to purchase a copy.

2
Review the information on your birth certificate. The majority of your personal information, including your full name, date of birth, place of birth and the names and social security numbers of your parents is located on your birth certificate.

Locate your time of birth. Depending on the state in which you were born the time of your birth could be located anywhere on the certificate, though it's usually listed along with the date of your birth.
