How to Load Fonts Into Cs3
The Adobe Creative Suite 3, or CS3, includes several applications for creating content for print and web use, graphics, video and other digital media. Applications in the CS3 package allow you to use many different fonts in your designs. These fonts reside in the main font library maintained by the computer's operating system. When new fonts are added to Windows using the control panel, they will automatically appear in the font lists in the Adobe CS3 applications.

Tips & Warnings
There are thousands of free fonts available on the Internet from online font libraries, which can be found by searching for "free fonts" in a search engine.
Font editors let you create your own fonts. You could also scan your signature, and add it to a custom font so you could "sign" documents electronically.
Only add fonts to your system that you plan to use. The more fonts installed, the longer the system font list takes to generate and this may cause application load times to increase.
