Submitting your site to Bing will help people find it.

Bing is a search engine created my Microsoft. It was originally called Windows Live Search and MSN Search before obtaining the name Bing, and now powers Yahoo Search. Bing regularly searches the Internet for websites to include in its search results using a program called BingBot. If your site does not appear in a Bing search, you can submit it manually through the site's submission page.

Instructions

      Go to Bing's submission page.

      Enter the security code in the first text box. It will be a scrambled series of random letters and numbers, used to prevent mass submissions by computers.

      Enter the URL of the website in the second text box. You should use the full URL, such as http://www.example.com.

      Click the "Submit URL" button.

    • 5

      Click the "Submit Another URL" button if you are listing several pages in a site individually. Repeat this process for each page.
