How to Delete iPhone Favorites

Find your favorite people quick with Favorites.

iPhone Favorites is a list of your favorite contacts. It lets you dial your favorite people without scrolling through your entire contact list, letting you place a call in just seconds. If you no longer want one of your Favorite contacts to be on that list, you can take him off. Although he is removed from the Favorites list, he is still listed on your contact list. You need to delete him from there as well to remove him from your iPhone completely.

Instructions

1. Tap the "Phone" icon to open up the Phone application.

2. Tap "Favorites" on the bottom-left corner of your screen.

3. Tap "Edit" at the top-right corner of your screen.

4. Tap the red circle next to the name of the contact you wish to delete.

5. Tap the red "Delete" box to the right of that contact.
