How to Know If a Person Follows You on Twitter

Some Twitter users have new tweets sent to their phones.

If a person is following you on Twitter, your tweets appear in her timeline and may, depending on her settings, also go to her mobile phone. You can also send her a direct message, though you need to follow her back if you want to receive a response. If you're not sure whether someone follows you, multiple web services can quickly answer that question for you.

Instructions

1. Type the Twitter username of the person you want to look up in the first box on isfollow.com. Enter your own Twitter username in the second box. Click "Search" to find out if he is following you.

2. Enter the other person's Twitter handle in the first box on isfollowing.net. Enter your own handle in the second box. Click "Go" to find out if she is following you.

3. Visit doesfollow.com. Type her username in the first box and your username in the remaining box. Click "Check" to see if she follows you.
