How to Put Files Into a Zip Folder
Transporting a large number of files requires some preparation if it is to be accomplished in an organized fashion. If you have ever attempted to email multiple files to someone or had to download multiple attachment files, then you know how time-consuming and chaotic it can be. Fortunately, you can place multiple files in a folder and zip that folder, allowing you to send only one large file. Zipping a folder is also a form of compression and can decrease the physical file size.
