If you are throwing a party or event and you are making your own invitations, then you will want to use card stock instead of standard computer paper. Card stock is sturdier paper that looks more expensive and formal. You can feed it through your home printer to produce economical, handsome invitations.

      Load a stack of card stock in your printer tray.

      Hold down the "Control" and "P" buttons at the same time. This will pull up your printer screen. You can select the scaling for each page. For example, to print two invitations per page, click "2 Pages" under the "Pages per sheet" slot. Click "OK."

      Watch the card stock as it automatically moves into the printer. You may need to test the process before printing all of your invitations. Different printers operate in different ways, so you may need to feed a single sheet of card stock through the printer at a time.
