How to Delete Cookies Individually in Internet Explorer 7

When you visit a typical website on the Internet, it places a cookie on your computer. A website use cookies to track information about your surfing habits that can be used to personalize your experience while on the site. Unfortunately, some websites may use cookies to invade your privacy. If you know which websites you do not want tracking your Internet activity, you can delete their cookies through the Internet Options utility in Internet Explorer 7.

      Launch Internet Explorer 7.

      Click "Tools" on the menu bar, then select "Internet Options" from the drop-down list.

      Click the "Settings" button under "Browsing History" on the General tab. The "Temporary Internet Files and History Settings" dialog window opens.

      Click "View Files" to display the contents of the Temporary Internet Files folder.

      Right-click on the cookie you want to delete from the list, then select "Delete" from the pop-up list. Repeat the process for every cookie you want to delete.
