How to Turn Up the Ring Volume on a Sony Ericsson Z310a
The Sony Ericsson Z310a is a flip-style cellphone released for the AT&T network in 2007. Like all cellphones, the Z310a comes pre-installed with a variety of ringtones that you can assign to alert you when you receive an incoming phone call. One of the settings options on the phone allows you to adjust the ring volume. If you have trouble hearing the ringtone when you receive a call you can turn up the ring volume.

Press the center select button to open the main menu on the Sony Ericsson Z310a. The center select button is the round button in the middle of the navigation buttons near the top of the phone's keypad.

Push the down navigation button to highlight "Settings" on the main menu and press the center select key to open the "Settings" menu.

Select "Sounds & Alerts" and then "Ring Volume" using the navigation buttons and the center select button.

Press the right navigation button to raise the ring volume to your desired level.

Push the soft key under the word "Save" to save your new ring volume. The soft keys are located to the left and right of the navigation buttons and are marked with a hyphen ("-"). The command written on the screen above the soft keys are activated when the soft keys are pressed.
