Instructions

    • 1

Keep warm on a plate. Line a plate with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place cooked lamb chops on top of the foil, stacking no more than two layers. Lay a long sheet of foil under the plate, bringing the two sides of the foil up and over the top of the plate. Scrunch the two sides together to form a tent over the chops.

Keep warm on the grill. Place grilled lamb chops on the top tier of the barbecue grill. Turn the grill to the lowest setting. The low heat from the grill keeps the chops warm without over-cooking.

    • 3

Keep warm in the oven. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Place cooked lamb chops in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil. Lay aluminum foil over the top of the baking dish. Place the dish onto the top rack in the oven. Avoid leaving the lamb chops over 15 minutes in the oven as they may dry out.

Keep warm on the stove top. Place lamb chops on a plate and place onto the stove top if just removed from the oven. Lay aluminum foil loosely over the chops. The heat still emanating from the oven keeps the chops warm for a short period.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not leave lamb chops to warm over 15 to 20 minutes as they may dry out or over-cook.
