The Jawbone Bluetooth headset offers the convenience of hands-free communication, and it only takes a few minutes to get started using your Jawbone with the Google Nexus One.

Instructions

      Charge your Jawbone headset fully.

      Press and hold the "Noise Shield" button on the right side of the Jawbone headset to turn it on.

      Press the "Home" button, then select "Menu" on the Nexus.

      Go to "Settings," "Wireless & Networks," "Bluetooth" and "Bluetooth Settings."

      Press and hold the "Noise Shield" button on your Jawbone for five to 10 seconds, until the LED flashes red and white.

      Choose "Scan for devices" in the "Bluetooth Settings" menu on the Nexus and you should see Jawbone listed/detected.

      Select "OK" to confirm that the Jawbone is the device you want to use. Enter "0000" as the password and you have now successfully connected the Jawbone Bluetooth headset with your Nexus One Android Phone.

Tips & Warnings

  • If possible, make sure the batteries are completely charged on both devices.
