How to Send Twitter Messages to Everyone Following You

Twitter allows users to follow you, which means your followers get updates and you can send them private messages. You cannot send mass messages unless you pay for a private service, but you can send a message to each user individually. This system avoids spam from users who send multiple messages to users for the purpose of promoting business on Twitter.

Open your web browser. You can use Twitter on any common web browser such as Firefox, Chrome, Mozilla or Internet Explorer. Go to "http://www.twitter.com" and press "Enter."

Type your Twitter user name and password in the login window. After you log in, click the "Messages" link. Twitter shows you any of your incoming or outgoing messages. Click "New Message" to open the message window.

Type your message in the body and type the user's Twitter account name in the "To" text box. After you type your message and the user account, click "Send" to send the message to your follower. Repeat these steps for each of your followers to send the message to each user.
