How to Create Slideshows With Movie Backgrounds on PowerPoint
When the Microsoft PowerPoint software is called to create a new slideshow from scratch, the program presents you with a blank, white slideshow background. While this clean slate look may be ideal for presenting copious amounts of text, it may get a little bland for the viewers' eyes. Rev up an audience by changing the slides' background design to movie backgrounds, sure to increase the production value of your big screen effort.

Tips & Warnings
To add a single movie background to all of the slides in a single click, use the Master Slide option. Click the "View" menu, "Slide Master" and go through the steps for inserting the movie background. This saves you from having to add the background to every single slide and ensures accurate placement across the whole slide deck.
Take care when using licensed movie stills and images as the backgrounds for your PowerPoint. These images are almost always copyrighted and property of the movie production staff.
