Contact your member of Congress at his Washington office through the online form on the House website. Find the form directly beneath the "Find Your Representative" button on the homepage. Alternatively, telephone her using the number provided by the service.

Take note of the name, affiliation and contact information of your member of Congress. Use an internet search engine or local media to locate the member's office nearest to you, along with a office telephone or fax number.

Contact your member's local office using the information gathered in Step 3. When contacting the local office, check for any upcoming meetings or rallies where you can meet face-to-face with your member of Congress. Contact your member of Congress for Virginia by as many different methods as possible to ensure that your member of Congress receives the message you intend.
