Step-by-Step Installation of a Powered Sub
A powered subwoofer is a speaker powered by its own amplifier dedicated to just the bass. A powered subwoofer installed properly is an excellent addition to any home theater system. It not only adds more low end to your favorite song but it brings the sound from the movies you watch to life. The placement of the sub isn't as crucial as the placement of the rest of the speakers in your system, but to get the most out of your sub, placing it in the corner is ideal.
