Instructions

    • 1

Search online for designs that match your taste or your project line. You can draw inspiration from vintage customized soap boxes that used to be popular decades ago, which are collectibles for vintage lovers all over the world. Consider your design ideas according to your product qualities. If you make soap that has fruity scent, your design should have the fruit and the colors that resemble said fruit. Combining colors in a color wheel is always helpful. Mix the color with the opposites, and use the closest ones to the color with which you are working.

    • 2

Measure the length of your boxes. Try to keep the image half an inch larger on each side. This part of the image will be cut out, so don't include a design on it. This process will help you cut safely and not waste any part of the design. Remember that you can also choose another design for the inside of the lid.

    • 3

Print your design in the best quality possible. Ensure you have enough ink in your cartridges, otherwise you risk printing low-quality images. Wait until the ink is completely dry.

    • 4

Apply the all-in-one sealant to the lid of the box using the foam brush. Place the print on carefully, starting from the upper side of the lid. Watch out for air bubbles. These bubbles can mess up your entire work. Perform the same procedure with the inside of the lid if necessary.

    • 5

Cut the spare paper on the sides of the box. Place your soap box in a cool, dry place so that the sealant can dry correctly. Wait for about an hour. Now you can put your products inside the box.
