How to Rename a Newsletter Already Sent in Constant Contact

How to Rename a Newsletter Already Sent in Constant Contact thumbnail
People check their email multiple times daily, making it a potentially useful marketing tool.

Constant Contact is a tool used by small to mid-sized businesses to meaningfully engage with their current and potential customers. Email campaigns are one of the many services which Constant Contacts offers. Once the emails are sent, however, the question soon arises about what to do with the written content. Figuring out what to do with newsletters which have already been sent is simply a matter of knowing where to look.

Instructions

    • 1

Login to your Constant Contact account and select "Email Marketing" near the top of the page. This will display all of your sent emails and drafts.

    • 2

Choose the sent email that you want to rename from the list near the bottom of the page. This will display all of the email's reported characteristics. On this page you are able to see which lists the email was sent to as well as how many people opened it, what they clicked on and other relevant data.

    • 3

Click on the "Copy" link on the right, at the middle of the page. On this page you are given the option of renaming the copy of the email that you have already sent. You can use this for repurposing the content of the email at a later time, just under a different name. Just enter the name of the email in the box and click "Next."
