How to Send a Support Request to Twitter
Twitter has a dedicated support website and team to help users with issues such as technical errors, restoring suspended accounts and handling trademark violations. If you have a question about using Twitter, start by searching Twitter's support site for an answer to your question. If you can't find a satisfactory answer, Twitter provides a few different ways to contact its support team.

Follow @support at twitter.com/support. Send a tweet describing your problem and include "@support" somewhere in your message. You must follow the account in order to get a response via direct message.

Click on your username in the top-right corner of the Twitter Support Center at support.twitter.com and select "Check Your Tickets." Click "new ticket" to submit a new support ticket. Select the topic most closely related to your issue. Answer the questions on screen, if applicable. For example, if you are submitting a trademark claim, it will ask about your trademark status. Fill out the ticket form with information such as your name, a subject line and the complete details of your issue.

Fill out Twitter's general support request form at support.twitter.com/forms/general. Choose the topic of your support request from the "Regarding" drop-down box. Provide details of your support request along with your Twitter handle, email address and phone number. Click "Submit."
